We are not a dealer, broker, agent, or seller. We do not own, inspect, or verify vehicles listed on the platform.

All transactions take place directly between users.



3. USER ACCOUNTS

You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- keep your login details secure
- be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.



4. PRIVATE SELLERS AND DEALERS

Users must correctly identify themselves as:
- Private sellers, or
- Dealers/business users

You must not misrepresent your status.

Dealers must comply with all applicable Irish and EU laws.



5. LISTINGS AND CONTENT

By posting a listing, you confirm that:
- you have the legal right to sell the vehicle
- all information is accurate and not misleading

You must not:
- post false or misleading listings
- list illegal or stolen vehicles
- duplicate listings

We may remove any listing at any time.



6. NO GUARANTEE OF SALE

IrishCarHub does not guarantee views, enquiries, or sales.

You are paying for advertising only.



7. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

By purchasing a paid service:
- the service begins immediately
- you request immediate activation
- you acknowledge that you lose any right to cancel once the service has started

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future payments. However, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

No refunds will be issued if:
- your vehicle does not sell
- you receive no enquiries
- you change your mind
- you make a mistake when purchasing
- you do not use the service

Refunds will only be considered if:
- required by law
- or a major technical fault prevents the service from working



8. FAIR USE

You must:
- list one vehicle per listing
- not reuse listings for different vehicles
- not manipulate rankings

We may restrict accounts for abuse.



9. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Sellers are responsible for all listing details.

Buyers must verify all information and carry out their own checks.

IrishCarHub is not responsible for any loss from transactions.



10. PROHIBITED USE

You must not:
- commit fraud
- impersonate others
- upload illegal or harmful content
- misuse the website



11. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may remove listings or suspend accounts at any time.

No refunds will be issued if this happens due to a breach of these Terms.



12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IrishCarHub is not liable for:
- inaccurate listings
- failed sales
- disputes between users

Use of the platform is at your own risk.



13. INDEMNITY

You agree to cover any losses or legal costs caused by your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.



14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content belongs to IrishCarHub.

By uploading content, you allow us to use it for the platform.
